Health Awareness Campaign

5 Rivers Heart Association held a health awareness campaign at a Southwest Houston gurdwara with blood pressure and blood sugar screening.

The team’s archived event account reports counseling for people managing hypertension, diabetes, and osteoarthritis; support for joint pain from a physical therapist; and nutrition education from a health coach, who also shared free health shake samples.
